Our vision for the world.

A worldwide community of people deeply connected with our best selves, one another, the earth and our Creator.

Why we started.

To provide practical, effective methods to help deepen that connection.

What makes our approach unique.

We combine current research in neuroscience and positive psychology with faith-based practices that have been transforming lives for centuries.

What we offer.

We provide a range of resources including a handbook, youth curriculum, and professional development for faith-based institutions. Resources for families are in development.

Meet our team.

CONNIE FOURRÉ

“I spent twenty-five years in a high school religion classroom, talking with students about God, the world and their lives. Over the years I watched as they grew more and more skeptical of faith in general and organized religion in particular.

At the same time I became interested in the growing field of trauma recovery, returning to school to get an MA in Holistic Health Studies. I learned more about the intricate ways in which our bodies, spirits and minds interact.

Amidst the intense suffering surrounding us and the fading influence of our Christian churches, I ask myself, "How do we preserve the human heart as Jesus taught us?" Tending to spiritual resilience through spiritual practices is one method among many. I hope to share it with you.
